摘要
临床实习是医学检验专业学生专业培养的关键环节。通过临床实习的过程帮助医学生将理论知识转化为实践应用,是医学生向住院医师的过渡环节。但是在临床实习教学中,发现还有一些问题需要改进和完善,这些问题的出现不仅会影响到医学生实习的质量,还会对学生未来岗位的实践操作能力与医学检验专业素质的培养造成一定的限制。此本文以医学检验专业的学生为例,分析临床实习教学中存在的问题,并提出针对性的解决方法和措施,从而构建较为完善的医学检验专业临床实习育人模式,为实习教学质量的提升提供根本保障。
Clinical internship is a key part of professional training for medical laboratory students.The process of clinical internship helps medical students to transform theoretical knowledge into practical application,and is a transitional link from medical students to residents.However,in the teaching of clinical internship,it is found that there are still some problems that need to be improved and perfected,and the emergence of these problems will not only affect the quality of medical students'internship,but also cause certain restrictions on the practical operation ability of students'future positions and the cultivation of professional quality of medical testing.In view of this,this paper taked medical laboratory students as an example,analyzed the problems in clinical internship teaching and propose targeted solutions and measures,so as to build a more perfect clinical internship education mode for medical laboratory students and provide fundamental guarantee for the improvement of internship teaching quality.
