布迪厄文化资本理论视角下院史文化资源融入医院文化建设的实践路径研究

A Study on the Practical Path of Integrating the Cultural Resources of Hospital History into Hospital Culture Construction from the Perspective of Bourdieu's Cultural Capital Theory

“院史”是医院的重要文化资源,“院史文化”是医院文化的核心层次、发展根基、特色标签,但由于历史和现实的原因,院史文化资源的文化功能和时代价值在医院文化建设中并未得到充分发挥。本文以布迪厄文化资本理论为视角,探讨了如何将院史文化资源有效融入医院文化建设以助推公立医院高质量发展新文化的实践路径。

"Hospital history"is an important cultural resource of the hospital,and"hospital history culture"is the core level,development foundation and characteristic label of hospital culture.However,due to historical and practical reasons,the cultural function and contemporary value of hospital history cultural resources have not been given full play in the construction of hospital culture.This paper explores the practical path of how to effectively integrate the cultural resources of hospital history into the construction of hospital culture to promote the development of a new culture of high quality in public hospitals from the perspective of Bourdieu's cultural capital theory.
