腹腔镜修补术在腹股沟疝治疗中的应用效果

Application Effect of Laparoscopic Repair in Treatment of Inguinal Hernia

目的:分析腹腔镜修补术在腹股沟疝患者治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年9月-2022年9月翁源县中医院收治的腹股沟疝患者103例为观察对象,根据手术方式不同分为观察组(35例)和对照组(68例)。观察组行腹腔镜修补术,对照组行传统疝修补术。比较两组患者手术指标、生活质量评分、疼痛评分、并发症发生率、治疗效果。结果:观察组手术时间、排气时间、下床时间、住院时间短于对照组,出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康、一般健康状况评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜修补术在腹股沟疝患者治疗中的应用效果优于传统疝修补术,可改善患者手术指标,缩短住院时间,降低疼痛程度与并发症发生率,可作为腹股沟疝治疗方法的首选。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of laparoscopic repair in the treatment of patients with inguinal hernia.Methods:One hundred and three patients with inguinal hernia admitted to Wengyuan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as observation subjects and were divided into observation group(35 cases)and control group(68 cases)according to different surgical methods.The observation group underwent laparoscopic repair and the control group underwent traditional hernia repair.The surgical index,quality of life score,pain score,complication rate,and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results:The operating time,exhaustion time,ambulation time,and length of hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the amount of bleeding of the observation group was less than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The physiological function,physical function,somatic pain,energy,social function,emotional function,mental health,and general health status scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall efficiency of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of laparoscopic repair in the treatment of patients with inguinal hernia is better than that of traditional hernia repair,which can improve patients'surgical index,shorten hospitalization time,reduce the degree of pain and the incidence of complications,and can be the first choice of inguinal hernia treatment method.
