胺碘酮治疗冠心病快速性心律失常患者的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Amiodarone in Treating Patients with Tachyarrhythmias in Coronary Artery Disease

目的:分析胺碘酮治疗冠心病快速性心律失常患者的临床效果。方法:选取2020年6月-2022年6月东莞市石碣医院收治的快速性心律失常患者40例为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各20例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予胺碘酮治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、心率、心电图指标及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者心率均降低,PR间期、QT间期均延长,而且观察组心率低于对照组,PR间期、QT间期长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用胺碘酮进行治疗可更好地改善快速性心律失常患者电生理指标,治疗总有效率更高,安全性良好。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of amiodarone in the treatment of patients with tachyarrhythmias in coronary heart disease.Methods:Forty patients with tachyarrhythmias admitted to Dongguan Shijie Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as observation subjects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with twenty cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given amiodarone treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,heart rate,electrocardiogram index and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the heart rate of patients decreased,and the PR interval and QT interval were prolonged in both groups;the heart rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the PR interval and QT interval were longer than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amiodarone cardioversion treatment can better improve the electrophysiological indexes of patients with tachyarrhythmias,and the overall efficiency of treatment is higher and the safety is good.
