针罐结合中药治疗失眠的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Needle Jars Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Insomnia

目的:观察针罐结合中药治疗失眠的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年1月-2022年12月韶关市中医院收治的肝郁脾虚型失眠患者90例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为A、B、C三组,各30例。A组给予西药治疗,B组给予单纯中药治疗,C组给予中药联合针罐治疗。比较三组患者睡眠障碍评分、中医证候积分、临床疗效。结果:治疗后,三组患者睡眠质量、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、日间功能障碍评分及匹兹堡睡眠质量指标总分均下降,且C组低于A组、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,三组患者中医证候积分均下降,且C组低于A组、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组治疗总有效率高于A组、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针罐结合中药治疗失眠的效果较优,可改善患者中医证候,提高患者睡眠质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of needle jars combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of insomnia.Methods:Ninety patients with insomnia of liver-depression and spleen-deficiency type admitted to Shaoguan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as observation subjects and divided into group A,group B and group C according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The group A was given western medicine treatment,and the group B was given traditional Chinese medicine,and group C was given traditional Chinese medicine combined with needle jars.The sleep disorder scores,TCM syndrome scores,and clinical efficacy were compared between the three groups.Results:After treatment,the sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,hypnotic drugs,daytime dysfunction score and total score of Pittsburgh sleep quality index decreased in three groups,and the group C was lower than group A and group B.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores decreased in three groups,and the group C was lower than group A and group B.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in group C was higher than that group A and group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of needle jars and traditional Chinese medicine is more effective in treating insomnia,which can improve the TCM symptoms and sleep quality of patients.
