温经汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征虚寒型不孕的临床效果

Clinical Effects of Wenjing Decoction in Treating Deficiency Cold Type Infertility with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

目的:分析温经汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征虚寒型不孕的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年6月江阴市人民医院妇科门诊收治的多囊卵巢综合征虚寒型不孕患者50例为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各25例。对照组给予来曲唑治疗,观察组给予温经汤治疗,比较两组患者性激素[雌二醇(E2)、促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡激素(FSH)]、子宫内膜厚度及宫颈黏液评分、中医证候评分、排卵率和妊娠率。结果:观察组E2水平高于对照组,LH、FSH水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组子宫内膜厚度及宫颈黏液评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者中医证候评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组排卵率、妊娠率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用温经汤治疗虚寒型多囊卵巢综合征患者,可改善其性激素水平,利于子宫内膜生长,改善宫颈黏液状态,降低中医证候评分,提高排卵率及妊娠率。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Wenjing decoction in treating deficiency cold type infertility with polycystic ovarian syndrome.Methods:Fifty patients with deficiency cold type infertility and polycystic ovarian syndrome admitted to Department of Gynecology,Jiangyin People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as observation subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with twenty-five cases in each group.The control group was given letrozole treatment and the observation group was given Wenjing decoction treatment.Sex hormones[estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)],endometrial thickness and cervical mucus score,TCM symptom score,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The E2 level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the LH and FSH levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness and cervical mucus score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom scores decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating patients with deficiency cold type polycystic ovarian syndrome with Wenjing decoction can improve sex hormone levels,facilitate endometrial growth,improve cervical mucus,reduce TCM symptom score,and increase ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.
