不同血液样本血常规检验的准确性和可靠性分析

摘要 目的:探讨临床检验中不同血液样本血常规检验的准确性、可靠性。方法:选取2022年4-9月于海丰县海城镇卫生院相关科室进行血常规检验患者120例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组检测末端毛细血管血液,观察组检测静脉通道血液。比较两组患者血小板、白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白水平。结果:观察组血小板计数低于对照组,白细胞计数、红细胞计数、血红蛋白水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对患者实施血常规检验时,静脉通道血液受外界干扰较少,血流相对畅通,检测结果较为准确,应对患者实施静脉通道血液检测,确保检验结果的准确性、可靠性。 Objective:To explore the accuracy and reliability of blood routine tests of different blood samples in clinical tests.Methods:A total of one hundred and twenty patients with blood routine tests in the relevant departments of Haifeng County Haicheng Town Health Hospital from April to September 2022 were selected as observation subjects and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was tested for terminal capillary blood and the observation group was tested for venous channel blood.The levels of platelets,white blood cells,red blood cells and hemoglobin in the two groups were compared.Results:The platelet count in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the white blood cell count,red blood cell counts,and hemoglobin levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:When blood routine blood tests are performed on patients,the blood in the venous channel is less disturbed by the outside factor,the blood is relatively smooth,and the test results are more accurate.The venous channel blood test should be performed on patients to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test results.
