造纸企业消防监督检查的重点及对策

Key Points and Countermeasures of Fire Supervision and Inspection in Paper Mills

随着我国经济社会发展速度加快和人们生活水平不断提升,火灾事故发生频率也随之增加。为了有效地预防火灾给社会带来严重危害,需要加强对造纸企业的安全管理工作。但在实际工作中,由于部分造纸企业存在消防安全意识薄弱等情况,导致其消防监督检查工作效率不高、效果不佳。针对这一问题,文章首先分析了当前造纸企业消防监督检查的重点;然后从强化消防宣传教育、健全消防组织机构以及完善消防设施建设三个层面提出了具体的整改措施并指出了相关改进方向;最后详细阐述了造纸厂开展消防监督检查工作时所遇到的困难与不足,并就如何进一步提高消防监督检查质量提出建议。

With the acceleration of economic and social development and the improvement of people’s living standards,the frequency of fires has also increased.In order to effectively prevent fire hazards,it is necessary to strengthen the safety management of paper mills.However,due to the weak awareness of fire safety in some paper enterprises,the efficiency of fire supervision and inspection is not improved obviously.In response to this problem,this article first analyzes the key points of the current fire supervision and inspection of paper enterprises,and then puts forward specific measures from three levels,and finally expounds in detail the difficulties encountered in carrying out fire supervision and inspection and puts forward suggestions on how to improve the quality of fire supervision work.
