Exploration on Syndrome Basis of Adverse Childhood Experiences

“早年”阶段是个体身心发展的关键时期,早年不良经历与抑郁症发生具有重要关联。课题组认为,幼儿“阳气易伤”是抑郁症常见病因,较早提出温阳解郁法治疗抑郁症,通过动物实验和调查问卷,论证了“阳虚肝郁”是早年不良经历所致精神行为异常的证候基础之一。在此基础上,利用不同环境刺激,探索了母婴分离模型行为学和神经生物学特点,并对“阳虚肝郁”证候形成中的“虚郁”转换的机制进行了进一步的设想,提出了应激诱导抑郁“滞-郁”“虚-郁”病机和证候转化假说,本文通过整理分析课题组基于温阳解郁法在情感发生和调节中的作用及相关机制的研究成果,以药示理,以方测证,为探索抑郁症的中医证候动态演变规律及内在机制提供借鉴。

The"early years"stage is a critical period for individual physical and mental development.Early adverse experiences are closely related to depression.The research group believes that children's"Yang Qi vulnerable"is a common cause of depression.It was earlier proposed to treat depression by"Wenyang Jieyu Method".Through animal experiments and questionnaires,it was demonstrated that"Yangxu Ganyu"is one of the syndrome foundations of mental and behavioral abnormalities caused by early adverse experiences.On this basis,the behavioral and neurobiological characteristics of the maternal separation model were explored by using different environmental stimuli,and the mechanism of"Xuyu"transformation in the formation of"Yangxu Ganyu"syndrome was further envisaged.The hypothesis of pathogenesis and syndrome transformation of stress-induced depression"Zhi-Yu"and"Xu-Yu"was put forward.In this paper,by sorting out and analyzing the research results of the research group based on the role of Wenyang Jieyu method in the occurrence and regulation of emotion and related mechanisms,the medicine was used to demonstrate the theory and the prescription was used to test the syndrome,which provided a reference for exploring the dynamic evolution law and internal mechanism of TCM syndromes of depression.
