摘要
针对影响电动汽车充电的3个不确定因素:到达时间、停车时间和充电能量需求,讨论了使电动汽车充电站日峰值功率最小的需求侧管理策略,设置了车主满意度用以评估在这些不确定因素下充电服务的质量。根据充电站所有者是否掌握先验信息,提出了两种不同的需求侧管理策略,即充电策略,并通过情景模拟将这两种策略与标称充电策略、理想充电策略进行了比较,仿真结果验证了所提策略的有效性和可行性。
Aiming at the three uncertain factors influencing electric vehicle(EV)of arrival time,parking time and charging energy demand,the paper proposes demand-side management strategies for minimizing the daily peak power of EV charging station.Firstly,customer satisfaction is set to evaluate the quality of charging service under these uncertain factors.Then according to whether the charging station owner has obtained the prior information of the uncertain factors,two different charging strategies are proposed.Finally,these two strategies are compared with the nominal charging strategy and ideal charging strategy through scenario simulation.The simulation results verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed strategies.
