暴雨内涝下公交应急方案评价方法 被引量:1

摘要 为甄选出不同暴雨内涝情景下的最优公交应急方案,提出一种公交应急方案评价方法。提出不与地铁联动和与地铁联动两种公交应急路径设计思路。以公交出行成本最低为目标,搜索最优公交应急路径。构建公交线网的连通效率、运行效率和应急效率3个评价指标对公交应急方案进行评价。结果表明,不与地铁联动时宜启动临时公交接驳线路,与地铁联动时宜采用原线接驳的方式。假设3种暴雨内涝情景,从情景1到情景3暴雨内涝程度逐步加剧。与原公交线网相比,各公交应急方案的运行效率降幅较小且接近;不与地铁联动和与地铁联动时情景1下的应急效率最高。 To select the optimal bus emergency plan in different scenarios of rainstorm and road waterlogging,an evaluation method of bus emergency plans is proposed.Two design ideas of bus emergency path are put forward under the conditions of linkage with metros or not.Aiming at the minimum bus travel cost of passengers,the optimal path of bus emergency is searched.Three evaluation indices of connectivity efficiency,operation efficiency and emergency efficiency of the bus network are constructed to evaluate the bus emergency plans.The results show that,the temporary feeder bus lines should be started under the condition of not linkage with metros,and the original bus lines should be reused under the condition of linkage with metros.Assume three scenarios of rainstorm and road waterlogging,and the degree of rainstorm and road waterlogging gradually increases from scenario 1 to scenario 3.Compared with the original bus network,the operation efficiency of each bus emergency plan is of smaller decrease and close.Under the condition of linkage with metros or not,the emergency efficiency under scenario 1 is the highest.
