基于“岗课赛证”理念的高职“机器人液压与气动技术”课程改革探索

Reform and Exploration of the“Robot Hydraulic and Pneumatic Technology”Course in Higher Vocational Education Based on the Concept of“Post-Class-Competition-Certificate”

以工业机器人技术专业核心课程“机器人液压与气动技术”的教学改革为例,探索专业核心课程“教什么”的实施策略。首先,以学生职业岗位能力提升为中心,依据高级工以上的创新型技术技能人才素质标准要求确定课程教学目标。其次,以校企深度合作下的多方教学资源共享为抓手,构建“岗课赛证”融通的课程架构。最后,以课程思政为引领,与合作企业共定教学内容、共建数字化教学资源库,并贯彻落实高职教育“育训结合”职责,在高质量技能型人才培养的同时,加强高职教育的社会服务职能。

This paper takes the teaching reform of the core course“Robotic Hydraulic and Pneumatic Technology”of industrial robot technology as an example,and focuses on exploring the implementation strategy of the core course“what to teach”.Firstly,take the improvement of students professional post ability as the center,and determine the course teaching objectives according to the quality standards of innovative technical and skilled personnel above senior workers.Secondly,carry out in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises,realize the sharing of multi-party teaching resources,and construct a curriculum framework for the integration of“post-class-competition-certificate”.Thirdly,under the guidance of curriculum ideology and politics,jointly determine the teaching content and build a digital teaching resource database with cooperative enterprises,so as to implement the responsibility of combining education and training in higher vocational education,in order to strengthen the social service function of higher vocational education while cultivating high-quality skilled talents.
