摘要 液压互联悬架(hydraulically interconnected suspension,HIS)系统油缸内泄会直接影响其动态性能,为保证HIS系统的抗侧倾性能,文章提出一种基于电磁阀平衡两侧油路油压的解决方法,并对其控制策略进行分析。首先建立HIS模型,分析油路压力差对电磁阀平衡时间的影响,并进行实验验证;然后采用模糊控制方法实现对电磁阀开闭控制,通过MATLAB/Simulink对车辆行驶状态仿真,验证所提出的控制策略的有效性;最后进行实车试验与仿真结果分析。结果表明,该文提出的电磁平衡阀控制方法能有效平衡油缸内泄造成的两侧油路油压差。 The internal leakage of the cylinder of the hydraulically interconnected suspension(HIS)system will directly affect its dynamic performance.A solution based on the solenoid valve to balance the oil pressure on both sides of the oil circuit is proposed and its control strategy is analyzed to improve the anti-roll performance of the HIS system.Firstly,the model of HIS was established to analyze the influence of pressure difference on solenoid valve balance time,and the results were verified by experiments.Then,the fuzzy control method was used to control the solenoid valve,and based on MATLAB/Simulink platform,the driving state of the vehicle was simulated to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.Finally,the results of the experiment and simulation were compared and analyzed.The results show that the proposed control method of solenoid valve can effectively balance the oil pressure difference on both sides of the oil circuit caused by the internal leakage of the cylinder.
