基于电子齿轮箱的内齿珩轮强力珩齿轮廓误差补偿控制研究

摘要 多轴控制系统的轮廓误差具有强耦合特点,由于是多轴联动产生的结果,仅提高单轴的跟踪精度不一定能降低轮廓误差。为降低珩齿多轴控制系统的齿面轮廓误差,进一步提高珩齿的加工精度,文章提出一种简单有效的补偿控制策略。分析珩齿机的机床结构,根据珩齿多轴电子齿轮箱(electronic gearbox,EGB)控制系统的数学模型推导出基于齿轮啮合原理和坐标变换的齿面轮廓误差数学模型,并设计出一种简单的齿面轮廓误差补偿控制器。仿真和实验结果表明,所提出的补偿控制策略对降低齿面轮廓误差有显著的效果。该文方法对提高珩齿实际加工精度具有一定的指导意义。 The contour error of multi-axis control system has the characteristics of strong coupling,only improving the tracking accuracy of single axis does not necessarily reduce the contour error,because the contour error is the result of multi-axis linkage.In this paper,a simple and effective compensation control strategy is proposed to reduce the tooth profile error of gear honing multi-axis control system and further improve the machining accuracy of gear honing.The structure of gear honing machine is analyzed,and according to the mathematical model of gear honing multi-axis electronic gearbox(EGB)control system,the mathematical model of tooth profile error based on gear meshing principle and coordinate transformation is deduced.A simple compensation controller for tooth profile error is designed.The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed compensation control strategy has a significant effect on reducing the tooth profile error.This method is valuable for improving the actual machining accuracy of gear honing.
