不同培养基及生长调节剂添加对丹参微扦插苗的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Different Media and Growth Regulator on Micro-cutting Seedlings of Salvia miltiorrhiza

摘要 以丹参组培苗茎段为材料,研究不同基本培养基(MS、1/2MS、N6、GS)及MS+6-BA0.05 mg/L+IBA0.02 mg/L(M1)、MS+6-BA0.05 mg/L+IBA0.01 mg/L(M2)对丹参微扦插苗株高、根长、叶片数和苗鲜重等生长指标的影响。结果表明:在基本培养基MS中添加适量低浓度的6-BA、IBA利于丹参微扦插苗茎叶生长,M2处理生根数量和根长优于其他,平均根数达7.97条,根长13.58 cm;M1、MS、N6处理生根指标无显著差异。MS处理的微扦插苗平均鲜重1.28 g/株。综合各项生长特性指标,MS为最优茎段微扦插苗基本培养基。 The stem segments of tissue culture seedlings of Salvia miltiorrhiza were used as material to explore the effects of different basic medium(MS、1/2MS、N6、GS)and MS+6-BA0.05 mg/L+IBA0.02 mg/L(M1),MS+6-BA0.05 mg/L+IBA0.01 mg/L(M2)on plant height,root length,number of leaves,fresh weight of Salvia miltiorrhiza micro-cutting seedlings.The results showed that addition of proper amount of low concentration 6-BA and IBA in basic medium MS was beneficial to the growth of stem and leaves of micro-cutting seedlings of Salvia miltiorrhiza,and the number and length of roots in M2 treatment were better than others,with the average number of roots 7.97 and the root length of 13.58cm;No significant differences in the rooting indexes were observed in M1,MS,and N6 treatments.The average fresh weight of micro-cutting seedlings under treatment of MS was 1.28g/plant.Based on growth characteristic indexes,MS is the best basic medium formicro-cutting seedlings of stem segments.
