摘要
媒介是唐·德里罗小说创作的重要组成部分,《欧米伽点》的影像书写就蕴含了作家对后现代社会中媒介运用与消费的深刻思考。小说中具有镜像属性的银幕通过生产欲望,诱导人们深度迷恋影像空间,进而异化和吞噬影像创作者与接收者的独立意识和存在。德里罗通过影像书写揭示了媒介与消费主义、政治操控的共谋关系,凸显了艺术的救赎使命。他呼吁人们兼顾科技进步与人文关怀,建构健康的媒介生态环境。
Media is a significant component of Don DeLillo’s novels.The image writing in Point Omega contains DeLillo’s profound thinking on the application and consumption of media in postmodern society.In the novel,the film screen with mirror properties induces the audience to be deeply infatuated with image space by producing desires,and it comes to alienate and devour the independent consciousness and existence of image creators and receivers.DeLillo reveals the collusive relationships of media,consumerism,and political manipulation through the image writing,highlights the redemptive mission of art.He calls for both technological progress and humanistic care to construct a healthy media ecological environment.
