摘要
为提升交通规划信息化水平、满足国土空间“一张图”管控和对交通承载力的要求,珠海市应用交通模型技术与多源数据,建立了面向国土空间规划应用的交通基础数据平台。自2017年开始,珠海市分别开展了侧重于基础数据数字化、规范化的平台一期以及侧重于交通模型与城市用地规划深度融合的平台二期建设。平台形成面向应用的交通“一张图”,为后续综合交通规划、国土空间规划等提供交通设施底图;开发针对用地调整的中观地块承载测试等模块辅助规划决策,有效支撑用地修改、城市更新等常规业务审批工作。平台较好地支撑了综合交通体系规划、城市轨道交通线网规划等多项重大规划的需求量化分析与方案测试。
To improve the level of informatization in transportation planning,meet the requirements for“one map”control of national land use,and address transportation capacity needs,Zhuhai has utilized transportation modeling technology and multi-dimensional big data to establish a basic transportation data platform to support national land use planning application.Since 2017,Zhuhai has carried out two phases of the platform construction:the first phase focuses on the digitization and standardization of basic data and the second phase emphasizes the deep integration of transportation model and urban land use planning.An application-oriented transportation map is developed to provide a basis for subsequent comprehensive transportation planning and national land use planning.The development of mid-scale land capacity testing and other modules for land use adjustment can assist planning decisions and effectively support the approval of land use modification,urban renewal,and other regular business approval work.The platform has effectively supported the quantitative demand analysis and testing of planning solutions,such as comprehensive transportation system planning and urban rail transit network planning.
