摘要
湿法磷酸生产工艺不同,副产的磷石膏特性也会有差异。试验研究了不同工艺副产磷石膏结晶的物化特性,并与建筑用α-石膏的物化特性进行对比,认为二水—半水法湿法磷酸工艺副产的磷石膏结晶90%以上为α-半水石膏,可用其改性生产建筑石膏粉,为实现磷石膏资源化提供了一条途径,并为国内二水法湿法磷酸生产提供改造思路。
The characteristics of the by⁃product phosphogypsum vary with different production processes of wet⁃process phosphoric acid.The physical and chemical properties of the by⁃product phosphogypsum crystals of different processes are studied experimentally,and compared with the physical and chemi⁃cal properties ofα⁃gypsum for construction use.It is concluded that more than 90%of the phosphogypsum crystals by⁃product of the di⁃hemihydrate wet process phosphoric acid process areα⁃hemihydrate gypsum and can be modified to produce construction gypsum powder,which provides a way to realize the resource utilization of phosphogypsum,and provides an idea for revamp of the dihydrate wet⁃process phosphoric acid in China.
