摘要
分析了谐波对低压供电系统的危害,针对磷化工装置400 V供电系统的电能质量现状,对低压配电系统进行电能质量检测,找出了主要的谐波源是各种电机拖动中的电力电子装置。采用设置有源滤波器对谐波进行治理的方案,并给出了一种模块化配置方案,以保证生产运行更加稳定高效。
The hazard of harmonics to the low⁃voltage power supply system is analyzed.For the current situation of the power quality of the 400 V power supply system of the phosphate chemical plant,the power quality of the low⁃voltage power distribution system is tested,and the main harmonic sources are identified to be various motor⁃driven electric and electronic devices.The scheme of using active filters to control harmonics is adopted,and a modular con⁃figuration scheme is given to ensure more stable and efficient production operation.
