摘要
无损检测是目前压力容器生产过程中使用的主要检验方法。介绍了渗透检测技术、超声波检测技术、X射线无损检测技术、磁粉检测技术等常用于压力容器检测的无损检测技术,分析比较了它们的技术原理、技术特点及应用范围.
Non⁃destructive testing is a key testing technique employed in the manufacturing of pressure vessels.The typical non⁃destructive testing meth⁃ods for pressure vessels are presented,such as penetrant testing,ultrasonic testing,radiographic testing,and magnetic particle testing,and analyzes and compares their technical principles,technical features and application scopes.
