乳腺癌标志物影响卵丘细胞基因表达的生物信息学分析

摘要 为探讨乳腺癌患者大概率患有不孕症的情况,本研究应用生物信息学方法来研究乳腺癌标志物对卵丘细胞基因表达的影响。从NCBI的GEO数据库下载有关乳腺癌标志物的基因芯片数据库和卵丘细胞基因表达的基因芯片数据库。利用在线GEO2R筛选出2个数据库的差异基因,在EXCEL表格中进行筛选,对2个结果作韦恩图获得2个数据库差异基因的交集,利用DAVID6.8数据库对差异基因进行GO功能分析和KEGG通路分析,运用String-db数据库构建蛋白之间的相互作用图(PPI),导入Cytoscape3.6.1软件获取关键靶基因。本文通过生物信息学方法从不同角度揭示有关乳腺癌标志物对卵丘细胞差异基因表达的影响,为人类乳腺癌患者生育能力的提高带来新思路。 In order to explore the possibility of breast cancer patients suffering from infertility,this study applied bioinformatics to study the effect of breast cancer markers on gene expression of cumulus cells.The author downloads the gene chip database of breast cancer markers and the gene chip database of cumulus cell gene expression from NCBI's GEO database.The online GEO2R was used to screen out the differential genes in the two databases,and the results were screened in the EXCEL table,and the two results were used as Venn diagram to obtain the intersection of the differential genes in the two databases.The author use the DAVID6.8 database to analyze GO function and KEGG pathway of differential genes and uses the String-db database to construct a protein interaction diagram(PPI),imported Cytoscape 3.6.1 software to obtain key target genes.This paper uses bioinformatics to reveal the impact of breast cancer markers on differential gene expression of cumulus cells,bringing new ideas to improve the fertility of suffering from breast cancers.
