摘要
通过对当前国内成熟的基桩检测技术调研和工程实践,归纳出湖北地区较高效且实用的检测方法。通过建筑基桩检测对比分析,笔者认为工程上应采用单桩竖向抗压静载试验、钻芯法和低应变法的两两组合检测方案,不仅可以发挥各自检测优势而取长补短,也可以将检测结果相互对比验证,克服单一检测技术局限性。因此静载检测技术人员应根据地区经验制定区域性标准,努力改进钻芯工艺技术是提高钻芯检测技术水平的关键,低应变检测必须结合其他检测方法才能有效控制桩身缺陷靶点。通过工程数据应用,笔者认为在数据分析统计过程中,应按特定方法规避相应的数据异常,使检测数据更加切合实际。
Based on the current domestic mature pile foundation inspection technologies research,summarized the efficient and practical detection method in Hubei province,through building pile foundation detection practice,the author thinks that should be adopted in engineering single pile vertical compressive static load test,the combination of two core method,not only can be tested to play their respective advantages and complement each other,can also be static load test results contrast each other.Validation testing technical personnel should according to the region to develop regional standard,efforts to improve the core technology is the key to improve the level of core testing technology,low strain test must be combined with other test methods can effectively control the pile defect target.With the development of detection technology of building foundation piles,in the process of data analysis and statistics,specific methods should be used to avoid the corresponding data anomalies,so as to make the detection data more practical.
