高校教师创新能力发展的制约因素、价值转变与制度保障路径 被引量:6

摘要 高校教师创新能力是高校发展的核心竞争力,关乎世界一流大学与一流学科建设质量。高校教师创新能力具有丰富的内涵,受到环境、方法、智力、知识等因素的影响与制约。在现代治理体系下,高校教师创新能力发展的价值取向逐渐由注重科研创新向寻求全面创新、理论创新向倾向实践创新、个体创新向升华团队创新、知识创新向实现方法创新转变。提升高校教师创新能力要加快完善教师评价体系以增强创新动力,优化管理制度设计以激发创新潜力,强化团队建设制度设计以凝聚创新合力,净化公平正义制度环境以提升创新活力,通过有效的制度调试,实现因素控制与价值转变。 The innovation ability of college teachers is the core competitiveness of college development, and it is related to the construction quality of world-class universities and first-class disciplines.The innovation ability of college teachers has rich connotations and is affected and restricted by factors such as environment, method, intelligence and knowledge. Under the modern governance system, the value orientation of college teachers’ innovation ability development has gradually changed from focusing on scientific research innovation to seeking comprehensive innovation, from theoretical innovation to practical innovation, from individual innovation to sublimation team innovation, and from knowledge innovation to method innovation. To improve the innovation ability of college teachers, it is necessary to speed up the improvement of the teacher evaluation system to enhance the innovation power, optimize the management system design to stimulate innovation potential, strengthen the team building system design to gather innovation synergy, purify system environment of fairness and justice to enhance innovation vitality, and through effective system debugging, realize factor control and value transformation.
