摘要
针对大型海洋平台吃水过大、出江困难的问题,基于某大型半潜起重平台,结合长江出海口的水深信息,设计湿拖、浮拖和干拖等3种拖航方案。对各方案实施过程中的限制条件进行分析,并在此基础上选择最优出江方案。实船验证表明:湿拖方案风险较小,可作为大型海洋平台出江的首选方案。研究成果可为大型海洋平台的出江设计提供一定参考。
Aiming at the problems of large offshore platforms with large draft and difficulty in transferring from the Yangtze River,based on a large semi-submersible lifting platform and combined with the water depth information of the Yangtze River estuary,three towing schemes,including wet towing,floating towing and dry towing,are designed.The restrictive conditions during the implementation of each scheme are analyzed,and the optimal river exit scheme is selected.The actual ship verification shows that the wet towing scheme is less risky and can be used as the first choice.The research results can provide some references for the design of large offshore platforms transferring from the Yangtze River.
