摘要
为实现“双碳”目标,缓解高比例新能源并入电网后的调峰压力,提升煤电机组灵活性,对循环流化床热电联产机组灵活性技术的实施方案进行了探讨。以山西某电厂2×300 MW亚临界循环流化床机组为例,分别从供热期、非供热期以及全时段的角度出发,开展了煤电灵活性运行研究。在供热期开展的灵活性改造,采用低压缸微出力、高低旁路联合供热和电锅炉等多种调峰技术联合实施及综合改造技术路线,提高了循环流化床煤电机组供热期灵活性运行能力;针对热电联产煤电机组在非供热期调峰不足的缺陷,采用高参数蓄热态蓄热方式的压火调峰技术,进行了焖炉压火近零深度调峰试验和探讨;同时结合该电厂在全年可开展应用的工业园区间接调峰技术,提出了300 MW亚临界循环流化床煤电机组灵活性提升综合改造技术路线。总之,循环流化床热电联产机组在供热期可以通过低压缸微出力运行供热改造技术,高、低压旁路联合供热技术以及电锅炉技术提高机组运行灵活性。压火调峰技术为循环流化床热电联产机组在非供热期提升灵活性提供了参考路径,该技术实施与机组设备状态、辅机配置、设备可控性自动化水平有紧密关系,提高煤电机组运行水平及可控性是实现机组运行灵活性的基本要求。工业园区内供汽可在全年间接实现调峰,联合供热期和非供热期调峰技术进一步完善了CFB煤电机组灵活性提升综合改造路线,为有需要提高运行灵活性的循环流化床热电联产煤电机组提供了技术参考。
In order to achieve the goal of“double carbon”,alleviate the peak shaving pressure after the high pro⁃portion of new energy is incorporated into the power grid,and improve the flexibility of coal-fired units,the im⁃plementation scheme of the flexibility technology of circulating fluidized bed cogeneration units is discussed.Taking the 2×300 MW subcritical circulating fluidized bed unit of a power plant in Shanxi as an example,the research on the flexible operation of coal power is carried out from the perspective of heating period,non-heat⁃ing period and full period.The flexibility transformation carried out in the heating period adopts the joint imple⁃mentation and comprehensive transformation technical route of various peak shaving technologies such as low pressure cylinder micro output,high and low bypass combined heating and electric boiler,which improves the flexibility operation ability of circulating fluidized bed coal-fired power unit in the heating period.Aiming at the defect of insufficient peak regulation of cogeneration coal-fired power units in non-heating period,the peak regu⁃lation technology of furnace pressure fire with high parameter heat storage mode is adopted,and the near-zero depth peak regulation test and discussion of furnace pressure fire are carried out.At the same time,combined with the indirect peak shaving technology of the industrial park that can be applied throughout the year,a com⁃prehensive transformation technical route for improving the flexibility of 300 MW subcritical circulating fluidized bed coal-fired power units is proposed.In short,the circulating fluidized bed cogeneration unit can improve the operation flexibility of the unit through the low-pressure cylinder micro-output operation heating transformation technology,high and low pressure bypass combined heating technology and electric boiler technology during the heating period.The technology of pressurized fire peak shaving provides a reference path for improving the flexi⁃bility of circulating fluidized bed cogeneration units in non-heating period.At the same time,the implementa⁃tion of this technology is closely related to the equipment status,auxiliary equipment configuration and equip⁃ment controllability automation level of the unit.Improving the operation level and controllability of coal-fired power units is the basic requirement for realizing the flexibility of unit operation.The inter-industrial park steam supply can indirectly achieve peak regulation throughout the year.The combined heating period and non-heating period peak regulation technology further improves the comprehensive transformation route of CFB coal-fired power units,and provides technical reference for circulating fluidized bed cogeneration coal-fired power units that need to improve operational flexibility.
