基于警察职业适应性的公安院校专业建设策略研究

Research on the Construction Strategy of Police Academies Based on Police Occupational Adaptability

公安院校专业建设一直处于跟随与模仿地方普通高校的状态,与公安工作实际需求相脱节。目前大多数公安院校将自身定位于应用型本科高校,但其在警察职业适应性培养上却存在诸多问题,如教育的职业定位聚焦不足、教学内容的职业性考量不够、学生的学习方向偏移,以及校局协同培养乏力等。基于对“公安专业-警察职业适应性”匹配模型及其影响因素的剖析,公安院校需要在专业建设上采取重塑观念、借力实践、强化考核、校局协同等改革措施。只有聚焦警察职业适应性的专业建设思路,才能进一步强化公安院校办学风格和更好实现应用型人才培养目标。

The professional construction of police academies has always been in a state of following and imitating local colleges and universities,which is out of line with the actual needs of public security work.At present,most police academies position themselves as application-oriented undergraduate colleges,but their professional construction has many problems in the training of police occupational adaptability,such as insufficient focus on occupational orientation of education,insufficient consideration of occupational teaching content,deviation of students’learning direction and weak coordination between the university and the bureau.On the basis of analyzing the matching model of"public security major-police occupational adaptability"and its influencing factors,the professional construction and reform measures of reshaping concepts,leveraging practice,strengthening assessment,and school-bureau coordination are put forward.Only by focusing on the professional construction idea of police occupational adaptability,can we further strengthen the school-running-style of police academies and better realize the training goal of application-oriented talents.
