新冠疫情防控背景下公共图书馆预约入馆服务调查与思考——以长三角地区省级公共图书馆为例

Investigation and Reflection on Public Library Reservation Admission Service Under the Background of COVID-19 Prevention and Control:Taking Provincial Public Libraries in the Yangtze River Delta as an Example

在当前全国新冠肺炎疫情防控形势严峻复杂的背景下,基于防疫的要求,各公共图书馆基本形成了预约入馆机制。本文选取上海图书馆、南京图书馆、浙江图书馆和安徽省图书馆进行预约入馆服务调查与分析,并对现行预约制度的不足提出改进措施,以供图书馆界同仁参考。

Against the backdrop of the severe and complex situation of COVID-19 prevention and control across the country,public libraries have basically formed a reservation admission mechanism based on the requirements of epidemic prevention.This paper investigates and analyzes the library reservation admission service of Shanghai Library,Nanjing Library,Zhejiang Library and Anhui Provincial Library,and puts forward some measures to improve the current reservation system for reference of the library colleagues.
