摘要
以陕西省榆林市横山区图书馆为例,考察地方文献收集及数字化建设的实践过程,探讨县(区)级公共图书馆地方文献数字化建设的现实意义,总结地方文献收集过程中遇到的困难,并提出应对措施。
Taking Hengshan District Library of Yulin City,Shaanxi Province as an example,this paper investigates the practice process of local document collection and digitization construction,discusses the practical significance of local document digitization construction of county(district)level public library,summarizes the difficulties encountered in the process of local document collection,and puts forward countermeasures.
