数字管护研究中档案管理的既有探索与辩证思考

Archives Management in Digital Curation Research:Existing Exploration and Dialectical Thinking

数字管护作为国际数字资源长期保存的分支领域,致力于维护和提升管护对象的价值。文章采用内容分析和文献计量方法,对数字管护概念进行溯源和界定;归纳出数字管护研究中“档案知识关联”“档案教育融合”“档案业务协同”等三个研究主题,并予以评述。同时,参考数字管护理论框架和现有实践项目,提出四方面的辩证思考:反思数字管护研究中档案概念的变化,关注档案学科与数字管护研究的融合,明确档案工作者在管护实践中的角色,推动档案工作嵌入数字管护基础设施架构。

As a branch field of long-term preservation of international digital resources,digital curation is dedicated to maintaining and increasing the value of curated objects.This article uses content analysis and bibliometric methods to trace and define the concept of digital curation;it summarizes three research themes in digital curation research,namely“archival knowledge association”,“archival education integration”and“archival business collaboration”,then makes reviews.At the same time,this article refers to the theoretical framework of digital curation and existing practical projects,and puts forward dialectical thinking in four aspects:reflecting on the changing concept of“archives”in digital curation research,paying attention to the integration of archival disciplines and digital curation studies,clarifying the role of archivists in curation practice,and promoting archival work to be embedded in digital curation infrastructure.
