摘要
介绍了碱洗塔油碱分离运行过程。针对实际中黄油与废碱分离效果差的原因进行分析,对碱洗塔系统进行优化,解决了黄油分离难的问题,为装置长周期运转创造了条件。
This paper analyzes the reasons for the poor separation effect of grease and spent caustic in caustic wash tower,and optimizes the operation of caustic wash tower,solving the problem of grease separation and creating conditions for the long-term operation of the unit.
