东北地区装备制造业高端化发展水平及效应评价研究

The Research of the Development Level and Effect Evaluation of Advanced Equipment Manufacturing Industry in Northeast China

东北地区有必要大力推进装备制造业的发展,充分利用实体经济的基础性作用,实现东北地区的可持续发展。本文分析东北地区的经济发展是否会受到装备制造业高端化发展的正向影响,同时,从横向和纵向两个维度评价东北地区装备制造业高端化发展水平,与同类研究相比具有一定的创新性。研究结果表明:(1)东北地区的经济水平与装备制造业高端化发展存在互相促进的关系;(2)东北地区装备制造业高端化发展水平总体偏低,同时有逐渐稳定上升的态势。因此,应从装备制造业创新能力、产业集聚、智能化发展、可持续性等方面入手,着力推进东北地区装备制造业高端化发展。

It is necessary for Northeast China to vigorously promote the development of equipment manufacturing industry,make full use of the fundamental role of the real economy,and realize the sustainable development of Northeast China.The research idea is to analyze whether the economic development of Northeast China will be positively affected by the high-end development of equipment manufacturing industry,and at the same time,evaluate the high-end development level of equipment manufacturing industry in Northeast China from horizontal and vertical dimensions,which is innovative compared with similar research.The results show that:first,the economic level of Northeast China and the high-end development of equipment manufacturing industry are mutually reinforcing.Second,the high-end development level of equipment manufacturing industry in Northeast China is generally low,and there is a trend of gradual and steady rise.Therefore,we should focus on promoting the high-end development of equipment manufacturing industry in Northeast China from the aspects of innovation ability,industrial agglomeration,intelligent development,sustainability.
