摘要 车间信息化管理系统往往只需获取机床在某时刻的状态数据,无需分析该状态信号在短时间内的频率信息,而机床故障诊断及健康监测系统则不然,二者的差异要求机床数据采集系统应同时具备低频采集和高频采集的能力。针对上述问题,通过两个独立的低频采集控制模块和高频采集控制模块设计了具备低、高采样频率的分布式机床数据采集系统。该系统将每台机床作为一个分布式数据采集节点,节点中的采集控制通过STM32系列MCU实现,工控机在获取MCU的采集结果后对其进行分类及预处理,并上传至车间服务器。测试结果表明,系统数据采集结果精确且工作稳定。 The workshop information management system often only needs to obtain the status data of the machine tool at a certain time,without considering the frequency information of the status signal in a short period of time.The machine tool fault diagnosis and health monitoring system are not alike.This difference requires the machine tool data acquisition system to have both low-frequency acquisition and high-frequency acquisition capabilities.Aiming at the above problems,a distributed machine tool data acquisition system with low and high sampling frequencies through two independent low-frequency acquisition control modules and high-frequency acquisition control modules is designed.The system regards each machine tool as a distributed data acquisition node,and the acquisition control in the node is realized by STM32 series MCU.The industrial computer classifies and preprocesses the acquisition results of the MCU,and uploads them to the workshop server.The test results show that the system data acquisition results are accurate and stable.
