太阳能光热发电追光系统中蜗杆副选型及应力分析

摘要 针对目前太阳能光热发电定日镜追光系统中蜗杆副精度寿命短、侧隙难调整等不足,探讨了蜗杆副的选型,通过建立传动副三维模型和有限元模型,分析了完整工作周期载荷下的齿面应力,试制传动副样件并进行了齿面精度检测和接触斑点试验。分析结果表明:在工作周期的主要工作载荷和极限载荷下,齿面有限元模拟分析的最大Von-Mises应力均满足设计要求;传动副齿面应力分布规律与接触斑点和图形学显示结果吻合;蜗杆齿面螺旋线误差、齿形误差以及蜗轮齿面全齿齿距累积误差、单齿距偏差和径向跳动检测结果显示,该双导程蜗杆为6级精度,蜗轮为7级精度,满足追光系统设计要求。研究结果可为后续太阳能追光系统中蜗杆副的选型和实际应用奠定理论支撑和试验参照。 The worm pair in the solar thermal power generation heliostat tracking system has the shortcomings of short precision life and difficult adjustment of backlash.The selection of worm pair is discussed,the 3D and finite element model of transmission pair are established,the tooth surface stress under the load of working cycle is analyzed,the samples of transmission pair are manufactured,the tooth surface accuracy test and the contact spot test are carried out.The results show that the maximum Von-Mises stress of the tooth surface is satisfied with the design requirements under the main working load and ultimate load of the whole working cycle.The stress distribution rules of the tooth surface of the transmission pair are consistent with the contact spots and the results of graphics.The test results of worm tooth surface′s helix error,tooth profile error,worm gear tooth surface′s cumulative error of full tooth pitch,single tooth pitch deviation and radial runout show that the dual-lead worm is of grade 6 precision and worm gear is of grade 7 precision,which satisfy the design requirements of light tracing system.The research results may provide a theoretical support and experimental reference for the selection and practical application of worm pair in subsequent solar tracing system.
