摘要
飞机壁板多为铝合金叠层结构,在自动钻铆加工过程中,对制孔毛刺有严格的质量要求,而控制铝合金叠层结构制孔时产生的毛刺是加工的关键点和难点。钻锪复合刀具作为制孔的执行端,对制孔质量起到关键作用。本文研究了毛刺产生机理,分析了叠层结构毛刺的特殊性,并探索出相应的控制方法。结合ABAQUS有限元仿真,针对性地优化了钻锪复合刀具的设计,使其满足铝合金叠层结构的加工需求。
The large aircraft panels are mostly aluminum alloy laminated structure.In the process of automatic drilling and riveting,there are strict requirements on hole burr,and burrs control is the key and difficult point of its processing.As the executive end of hole making,drilling-countersinking integrated tool plays a key role in hole making quality.This paper studies the generation mechanism of burr,analyzes the particularity of laminated structure burr,and explores the corresponding control methods.Combined with ABAQUS simulation,the design of drilling-countersinking integrated tool is optimized to meet the machining requirements of aluminum alloy laminated structure.
