飞机常见表面缺陷快速检测工具设计

摘要 在飞机制造过程中零部件表面会产生大量划痕、凹坑、掉漆和麻点等表面缺陷,这些缺陷如不及时检测处理,可能会降低飞机性能,影响飞机使用和寿命。本文针对飞机常见表面缺陷检测存在的检测手段不充分、检测效率低等问题,面向生产提速及现场快速检测需求,开展了飞机制造过程中常见表面缺陷的整理及两类快速检测工具的设计,并在现场进行了实际应用。从使用效果来看,快速检测工具具有结构简单、使用方便、制造及维护成本低等优势,有利于在工业化生产现场进行推广。 During the manufacturing process of aircraft,a large number of surface defects such as scratches,pits,paint drops and pockmarks will appear on the surface of parts.These defects may reduce the performance of the aircraft and affect the service life of the aircraft if they are not detected and treated in time.Aiming at the problems of insufficient detection means and low detection efficiency in the detection of common surface defects of aircraft,facing the needs of production speed-up and on-site rapid detection,this paper carries out the sorting of common surface defects in the process of aircraft manufacturing and the design of two kinds of rapid detection tools,which has been applied in the workshop.From the use effect,the rapid detection tool has the advantages of simple structure,convenient use and low manufacturing and maintenance cost,which is conducive to popularization in the industrial production site.
