摘要
试验旨在研究复合微生物制剂对生长猪生长性能、血清生化指标和猪舍有害气体的影响。选择60头健康的“杜×长×大”生长猪,随机均分为对照组和试验组,每组设3个重复,每个重复10头猪。对照组猪饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加0.75%复合微生物制剂。预试期7 d,试验期30 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,试验组猪平均日增重提高10.44%(P<0.05),料重比降低8.07%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组生长猪血清中碱性磷酸酶活性升高18.91%(P<0.05),尿素氮含量降低12.87%(P<0.05)。试验前两组猪舍氨气(NH_(3))和硫化氢(H_(2)S)浓度基本接近,差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验后,对照组猪舍NH_(3)和H_(2)S浓度比试验前略微升高,试验组猪舍NH_(3)和H_(2)S浓度比试验前明显降低。与对照组相比,试验组猪舍NH_(3)浓度降低31.13%(P<0.05),H_(2)S浓度降低26.04%(P<0.05)。研究表明,在基础日粮中添加复合微生物制剂可以提高生长猪生长性能,改善血液生化指标,降低猪舍有害气体含量。
The purpose of the experiment was to study the effects of compound microbial preparation on growth performance, serum biochemical indices and harmful gases in piggery of growing pigs. Sixty healthy ’Duroc × Landrace × Landrace’ pigs were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with three replicates per group and 10 pigs per replicate. Pigs in control group were fed a basal diet, and those in experimental group were fed a basal diet supplemented with 0.75% complex microbial preparations. The pre-test lasted for 7 d and the experiment lasted for 30 d. The results showed that compared with control group, the average daily gain of pigs in experimental group was increased by 10.44%(P<0.05), and the feed to gain ratio was decreased by 8.07%(P<0.05). Compared with control group, the serum alkaline phosphatase activity of growing pigs in experimental groups was increased by 18.91%(P<0.05), and urea nitrogen concent was decreased by 12.87%(P<0.05). Before the experiment, the concentrations of NH_(3) and H_(2)S were basically similar between the two groups, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05). After the experiment, the concentrations of NH_(3) and H_(2)S in the pig houses in control group were slightly higher than before the experiment, while those in experimental group were significantly lower than before the experiment. Compared with control group, the NH_(3) concentration of experimental group was reduced by 31.13%(P<0.05), and the H_(2)S concentration was decreased by 26.04%(P<0.05). The study indicates that adding compound microbial preparation to the basic diet can improve the growth performance, improve the blood biochemical indexes and reduce the harmful gas content of pig house.
