摘要
为了提高分子生物学实验课的教学效果,充分利用网络教学平台,掌控“课前”“课中”和“课后”3个教学环节,开展分子生物学实验“线上线下”混合式教学改革实践.具体通过“课前线上自学+课中线下实操/课堂交流+课后线上复习”的教学设计,使用“教师布置任务—学生线上自学—线下学生课堂实操+教师具体指导—虚拟实验平台反复练习+学生线上自学自测”的教学方式,达到提高学生学习的主动性、积极性和综合素质的目的.
In order to improve the teaching effect of molecular biology experiment course,we made full use of the network teaching platforms,controlled the three teaching links of"before class","during class"and"after class",and carried out teaching reform and practice in experiment of molecular biology with"online and ffline"blended model.Through the teaching design of"online self-study before class+actual operation/face-to-face communication in class+online review after class",and using the teaching method of"teacher's assignment-students'online self-study--doing the experiments by students themselves+teacher's specific guidance-stu-dents'repeated practice on virtual experiment platform+students'online self-study/self-test",the purpose of im-proving students'initiative and enthusiasm,cultivating students'comprehensive quality could be reached.
