OPC技术在和利时PCS系统中应用

摘要 某天然气终端PCS控制系统由Allen-Bradley(AB)PLC5系统和艾默生DeltaV系统组成。为推动生产设备产产化,终端控制系统将升级为和利时HOLLiASMACSV6系统。和利时PCS控制系统内部采用的是Ethernet通信(RJ45网线),而ABPLC5控制系统内部是通过DH+网络进行通信(双绞线),这两个控制系统通信方式完全不同,如果要实现两者之间数据通信,需在硬件部分增加1756-DHRIO通信模块将PLC系统DH+信号转成Ethernet信号,通过AB的RSlinkGateway软件和和利时的HOLLiASiComm软件分别建立OPC服务器和OPC客户端,再利用OPC通信协议实现和利时PCS控制系统与ABPLC5控制系统异网通信。通过长时间调试,和利时PCS控制系统与ABPLC5控制系统通信正常,在测试过程中并没有出现通信中断故障,从而保障了整个生产控制系统的正常运转,此异网通信实现的方法对同类型的OPC通信处理具有推广意义。 The PCS control system of a natural gas terminal is composed of Allen-Bradley(AB)system and Emerson DeltaV system.In order to promote the localization of production equipment,the terminal control system will be upgraded to Hollysys HOLLiAS MACS V6 system.The Hollysys PCS control system uses Ethernet communication(RJ45 network cable),while the AB PLC 5 control system uses the DH+network communication(twisted pair).The communication modes of these two control systems are completely different.If the data communication between the two systems is to be realized,it is required to add the 1756-DHRIO communication module in the hardware part to convert the DH+signal of PLC system into Ethernet signal.Through the AB's RSlink Gateway software and the HOLLiAS iComm software,OPC server and OPC client are established respectively.The OPC communication protocol is used to realize different network communication between the HollySys PCS control system and the AB PLC 5 control system.After a long time of debugging,the communication between the HollySys PCS control system and the AB PLC 5 control system is normal,and there is no communication interruption in the testing process,thus ensuring the normal operation of the whole production control system.This method of different network communication is of popularization significance to the same type of OPC communication processing.
