摘要
对教师工作-家庭冲突与职业倦怠关系的相关研究进行元分析发现,工作-家庭冲突与职业倦怠之间具有显著的正向影响关系,且对教师的情绪衰竭影响程度最高。不同文献来源、文献发表时间和被试性别对工作-家庭冲突与职业倦怠各维度之间的关系不具有调节效应,不同样本来源的教师群体对工作-家庭冲突与职业倦怠关系的调节效应显著。
A meta-analysis on the relationship between work-family conflict and burnout of teachers has been conducted,and the researcher found that there is a significant positive correlation between them,especially the emotional failure of teachers.Different literature sources,publication time and gender did not have adjustment effect on the relationship between them.The different teacher groups have significant adjustment effect onthe relationship.
