摘要
针对空间站任务载人飞船高安全性指标要求、实时性和长期性任务特点,文章提出了载人飞船系统级安全性保证方法,通过识别出影响航天员安全的所有危险源并采取针对性的设计措施,尽量消除影响航天员安全的系统级单点故障模式,降低危险风险至可接受水平,达到提高载人飞船全任务阶段安全性水平的目的。该方法经过了神舟飞船系统级安全性分析、安全性设计,以及地面和飞行任务验证,可对后续载人航天器系统级安全性保证提供参考。
In view of the high safety index requirements and the real-time and long term mission characteristics of manned spacecraft in the space station mission,this paper proposes a system-level security assurance method.By identifying all hazard sources that affect the safety of astronauts and taking corresponding methods.The system-level single-point failure modes that affect the safety of astronauts is eliminated to reduce the risk of hazards to an acceptable level,and to achieve the purpose of improving the safety level of manned spacecraft in the whole mission stage.The modified method has passed the safety analysis,safety design,ground and mission verification of the Shenzhou spacecraft system,and can provide reference for the system-level safety assurance of subsequent manned spacecraft.
