莫西菌素微乳制剂对绵羊消化道线虫的治疗效果

摘要 试验旨在研究莫西菌素微乳制剂对绵羊的驱虫效果。选择36只绵羊,随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复3只绵羊。对照组羊不接受治疗,颈部皮下注射微乳制剂基质组,剂量为0.2 mg/kg;伊维菌素(IVM)微乳制剂试验组羊按照体重进行颈部皮下注射IVM,剂量为0.2 mg/kg;莫西菌素(MXD)微乳制剂试验组按照体重进行颈部皮下注射MXD,剂量为0.2 mg/kg。试验期14 d。试验0、3、7、14 d,直肠采集粪便样本,运用饱和盐水漂浮法和麦氏法(McMaster method)进行每克粪便虫卵数(EPG)检测,计算虫卵减少率以及虫卵转阴率。结果显示:试验7、14 d,与对照组相比,两试验组羊消化道线虫EPG极显著降低(P<0.01);MXD组显著低于IVM组(P<0.05)。试验3 d时,IVM组、MXD组的虫卵减少率分别为81.74%、90.07%;试验7 d,虫卵减少率分别为85.99%、95.76%;试验14 d,虫卵减少率分别为89.24%、95.24%。试验3 d,IVM组、MXD组虫卵转阴率分别为66.67%、75.00%;试验7 d,虫卵转阴率分别为75.00%、91.67%;试验第14 d,虫卵转阴率分别为83.33%、91.66%。研究表明,莫西菌素微乳制剂相对伊维菌素微乳制剂具有较好的治疗效果,可以很好地应用于临床。 The aim of the experiment was to study the repellent effect of moxidectin microemulsion on sheep. A total of 36sheep were randomly divided into three groups with four replicates per group and three sheep per replicate. Control group did not receive treatment, subcutaneously injected into the neck of the microemulsion preparation matrix group, the dose was 0.2 mg/kg. Ivermectin(IVM) microemulsion preparation experimental group was given subcutaneous injection of IVM in the neck according to body weight, the dose was 0.2 mg/kg. Moxidin(MXD) microemulsion preparation experimental group was given subcutaneous injection of MXD in the neck according to body weight, the dose was 0.2 mg/kg. The experiment lasted for 14 d. On 0th, 3th, 7th and 14th d of the experiment, fecal samples were collected from the rectum, the number of EPG was detected by saturated saline flotation method and McMaster method, and the rate of egg reduction and the rate of egg negative conversion were calculated. The results showed that on 7th and 14th d, EPG of digestive tract nematodes in two experimental groups was extremely decreased compared with control group(P<0.01), MXD group was significantly lower than IVM group(P<0.05). On 3th d of the experiment, the egg reduction rates in IVM group and MXD group were 81.74% and 90.07%, respectively. After 7th d of experiment, the egg reduction rates were 85.99% and 95.76%, respectively. After 14th d of experiment, the egg reduction rates were 89.24% and 95.24%, respectively. On 3th d of experiment, the negative conversion rates of eggs in IVM group and MXD group were 66.67% and 75.00%, respectively. On 7th d, the negative conversion rates were 75.00% and 91.67%, respectively, and on 14th d, the negative conversion rates were 83.33% and 91.66%, respectively. The study indicates that moxidectin microemulsion preparation has better therapeutic effect than ivermectin microemulsion preparation and can be used in clinic.
