圈养灵长类动物肝炎病毒血清流行病学的调查 被引量:1

Investigation of seroepidemiology of hepatitis virus in captive primates

摘要 研究旨在了解南宁市动物园圈养非人灵长类动物人类肝炎病毒感染情况,采用间接酶联免疫法或发光免疫法对园内17种非人灵长类动物血清样本中甲型肝炎病毒(HAV)、丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)、丁型肝炎病毒(HDV)、戊型肝炎病毒(HEV)抗体以及乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)两对半检测。结果显示,所有血清样本中HAV、HCV、HEV和HDV抗体的检测结果均为阴性。除戴帽长臂猿、其他类长臂猿外,其余15种灵长类动物的乙肝两对半检测结果均为全阴性。乙肝两对半检测结果中,1,3,5项阳性11例,占总样本数的6.47%,其中戴帽长臂猿10例,其他类长臂猿1例;2,4,5项阳性6例,占总样本数的3.53%,其中戴帽长臂猿4例,其他类长臂猿2例;乙肝表面抗体(HBsAb)阳性5例,占总样本数的2.96%,其中其他类长臂猿4例,戴帽长臂猿1例。研究表明,长臂猿动物可以感染或携带HBV,试验未检出HAV、HCV、HDV、HEV阳性个体。 The aim of the study was to investigate the infection of human hepatitis virus in captive non-human primates in Nanning Zoo. The antibodies of hepatitis A virus(HAV), hepatitis C virus(HCV), hepatitis D virus(HDV), hepatitis E virus(HEV) and hepatitis B virus(HBV) in serum samples of 17 non-human primates in the park were detected by indirect enzyme-linked immunoassay or luminescence immunoassay. The results showed that all serum samples tested negative for HAV, HCV, HEV and HDV antibodies. Except for Hylobates pileatus and other gibbon, the two-half hepatitis B test results of the other 15 primates were all negative. Among the two-half hepatitis B test results, 11 cases(6.47%) were positive in 1,3,5 items, including 10 cases of Hylobates pileatus and 1 case of other gibbons. 6 cases were positive for 2,4,5,accounting for 3.53% of the total sample, including 4 cases of Hylobates pileatus and 2 cases of other gibbons. There were 5 HBsAb positive cases, accounting for 2.96% of the total sample, including 4 other gibbons and 1 Hylobates pileatus. The study indicates that gibbons can be infected with or carry HBV, and no HAV, HCV, HDV, HEV positive individuals have been detected.
