Aflatoxin B_(1) is a mycotoxin with high toxicity and carcinogenicity, which is very easy to pollute various feeds and agricultural products. Aflatoxin B1can enter the food chain directly or indirectly, causing great harm to animal and human health. Based on the research progress at home and abroad, this article introduces the distribution, structure and toxicity of aflatoxin B_(1), and focuses on the relevant detection methods, including traditional methods and emerging detection methods in recent years, and expounds its characteristics, current situation and existing problems, so as to provide reference for the selection of appropriate methods for the detection of aflatoxin B1in feed.
