复方中药发酵饲料对猪生长性能、血清指标及屠宰性能的影响

Effects of compound Chinese medicine fermented material feed on growth performance, serum index and slaughter performance of pigs

试验旨在探究复方中药发酵饲料对猪生长性能、血清免疫指标、血清抗氧化指标及屠宰性能的影响。选择体质健康、体重在7~8 kg、28日龄的杜长大三元母猪914头,随机均分两组,每组12个重复,每个重复38头猪。对照组猪饲喂基础日粮,试验组猪饲喂基础日粮+1%复方中药发酵料。试验期164 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,试验组猪末重提高了2.63%,平均日增重提高了3.09%,平均日采食量降低了2.68%,料重比降低了5.6%,腹泻率降低了30.95%,差异均不显著(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组猪血清免疫球蛋白G (IgG)、γ干扰素(INF-γ)含量分别提高15.26%和7.28%,α干扰素(INF-α)含量降低0.08%,但差异均不显著(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组猪血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性分别提高8.19%和0.95%,丙二醛(MDA)含量降低5.69%,但差异均不显著(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组宰前活重提高了8.5 kg,体高、体长、胸围分别提高了11、2、11 cm,平均背膘厚降低了5.4 mm。与对照组相比,屠宰后试验组胴体重提高了24.75 kg,屠宰率和瘦肉率分别提高了14.34%和21.26%。研究表明,饲喂复方中药发酵饲料在猪的生长发育、降低腹泻率、增强机体免疫力和抗氧化能力以及提升屠宰性能等方面具有一定促进作用。

The purpose of the experiment was to explore the effects of compound Chinese medicine fermented feed on growth performance, serum immune index, serum antioxidant index and slaughter performance of pigs. A total of 914Duroc Landrace sows with healthy constitution, 7~8 kg body weight and 28 days old were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 12 replicates and 38 pig in each replicate. The pigs in control group was fed with the basic diet, and the pigs in test group was fed with the basic diet+1% compound Chinese medicine fermentation material. The test period was 164 d. The results showed that compared with control group, the pig’s end weight of test group was increased by 2.63%, the average daily gain was increased by 3.09%, the average daily feed intake was decreased by 2.68%, the feed to gain ratio was decreased by 5.6%, and the diarrhea rate was decreased by 30.95%, with no significant difference(P>0.05).Compared with control group, the pig serum IgG and INF-γ content in test group were increased by 15.26% and 7.28%respectively, and INF-α content was decreased by 0.08%, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05). Compared with control group,the activity of SOD and GSH Px in serum of pigs in test group were increased by 8.19%and 0.95%respectively,and the content of MDA was decreased by5.69%,but the difference was not significant (P>0.05).Compared with control group,the pre slaughter live weight of the test group increased by 8.5 kg,the body height,body length and chest circumference increased by 11,2 and 11 cm respectively,and the average back fat thickness decreased by 5.4 mm.Compared with control group,the carcass weight of test group after slaughter increased by 24.75 kg,and the slaughter rate and lean meat rate increased by14.34%and 21.26%respectively.The study indicates that feeding compound Chinese herbal fermented feed can promote the growth and development of pigs,reduce the diarrhea rate,enhance the immunity and antioxidant capacity of the body,and improve the slaughter performance.
