2016—2021年青海省畜间布鲁氏杆菌病流行态势

Prevalence of brucellosis among livestock in Qinghai Province from 2016 to 2021

摘要 研究旨在全面了解目前青海省畜间布鲁氏杆菌病(简称布病)的流行情况,对2016—2021年的全省布病疫情、监测、流行病学调查和人间感染布病的情况及相关数据通过Excel 2007和SPSS 17.0软件进行结果汇总、统计并分析,运用描述性流行病学方法对青海省畜间布病流行态势进行说明。结果显示:2016—2021年,青海省畜间布病疫情发生情况、抗体监测情况整体呈先下降后急剧上升的态势。羊布病抗体阳性率(1.29%)远高于牛(0.78%);不同畜种间布病抗体阳性由高到低依次为:其他羊(1.83%)、其他牛(1.14%)、种牛(0.86%)、种羊(0.38%)、奶牛(0.29%)。不同地区间感染率由高到低依次为海南州(3.01%)、西宁市(2.37%)、黄南州(2.07%)果洛州(1.96%)、海北州(1.75%)、海东市(1.35%)、玉树州(0.79%)、海西州(0.63%),阳性率均较高。研究表明,青海省2016—2021年畜间布病呈升高趋势,做好畜间布病的防控刻不容缓。 The purpose of the study is to comprehensively understand the current prevalence of brucellosis among livestock in Qinghai Province(hereinafter referred to as brucellosis), summarize, count and analyze the results of the provincial brucellosis epidemic situation, monitoring, epidemiological investigation, human brucellosis infection and related data from 2016 to 2021 through Excel 2007 and SPSS 17.0 software, and describe the epidemic situation of brucellosis among livestock in Qinghai Province using descriptive epidemiological methods. The results show that from 2016 to 2021, the epidemic situation and antibody monitoring of brucellosis among livestock in Qinghai Province will decline first and then rise sharply. The positive rate of goat brucellosis antibody(1.29%) was much higher than that of cattle(0.78%);The positive rate of brucellosis antibody among different breeds from high to low was as follows: other sheep(1.83%), other cattle(1.14%), breeding cattle(0.86%), breeding sheep(0.38%), cows(0.29%). The infection rates in different regions from high to low were Hainan(3.01%), Xining(2.37%), Huangnan(2.07%), Guoluo(1.96%), Haibei(1.75%), Haidong(1.35%), Yushu(0.79%) and Haixi(0.63%), with high positive rates. The study indicates that brucellosis among livestock in Qinghai Province will increase from 2016 to 2021, so it is urgent to prevent and control brucellosis among livestock.
