基于关键链的市政道路配套管线施工工期优化

摘要 结合市政工程进度管理过程中存在的资源受限度高、工序约束度大、施工团队流动性强等特点,采用关键链技术对工程项目施工工期进行优化.应用关键链法,通过启发式算法完成关键链的识别并用灰色理论与根方差结合计算缓冲区大小.然后,根据同分布中心极限定理计算工期优化后建设项目的完工概率,提出了市政道路配套管线施工的工期优化方法,并以西安市全运会主场馆周边迎宾大道某段管线施工项目为例进行验证.优化后工期缩短了5.6 d,并设置了3.4 d的缓冲区,使项目如期完工的概率提高了,带来明显的社会经济效益,也可为类似市政工程建设提供相应的参考. Combined with the characteristics of the municipal engineering progress management process,such as high resource limit,large process constraint,and strong mobility of the construction team,the key chain technology is applied to optimize the construction period of the engineering project.This paper applies the critical chain method,completes the identification of the critical chain through heuristic algorithm,and uses the gray theory and root variance to calculate the buffer size.Then,according to the same-distributed center limit theorem,the completion probability of the construction project after the optimization of the construction period is calculated,and the optimization method of the construction period of the municipal road supporting pipeline is proposed.The pipeline construction project of a certain section of the Yingbin Avenue around the main venue of the Xi’an National Games is taken as an example to verify.The results show that the optimized construction period is shortened by 5.6 d,and a buffer zone of 3.4 d is set up,which increases the probability of the project being completed on schedule,brings obvious social and economic benefits,and provides a reference for the construction of similar municipal engineering project.
