摘要 针对整体式带压作业修井机液压控制系统设计不够规范、控制元件不能科学匹配、接口标准不一致性、接头数量相对偏多、故障点增多、成本提高等情况,结合造成实际应用中存在渗漏、磨损、寿命短、可靠性低等实际问题,以集成式带压作业修井机液压控制系统为研究方向,旨在为我国集成式带压作业修井机液压控制系统设计提供理论指导与帮助。 In view of the fact that the hydraulic control system design of the integrated workover rig under pressure is not standardized,the control elements cannot be matched scientifically,the interface standards are inconsistent,the number of connectors is relatively large,the number of fault points is increased,and the cost is increased,and in combination with the practical problems such as leakage,wear,short service life,and low reliability in the actual application,the hydraulic control system of the integrated workover rig under pressure is taken as the research direction,The purpose is to provide theoretical guidance and help for the design of the hydraulic control system of the integrated workover rig under pressure in China.
