摘要
真空减压干燥已应用广泛,特别是原料药的干燥。对一些真空要求高的系统,在计算初步烘干时间时,需要考虑到管路的流导对系统烘干时间的影响,在配置真空系统时,需要考虑用捕水器,从而降低真空泵的抽气量。
Vacuum decompression drying has been widely used,especially for the drying of raw materials.For some systems with high vacuum requirements,the fl ow conductivity of the pipeline should be taken into account when calculating the preliminary drying time,and the impact on the drying time of the system should be considered.When confi guring the vacuum system,the use of water traps should be considered,so as to reduce the pumping capacity of the vacuum pump confi guration.
