摘要
超低氮分体式燃烧器,涉及燃烧器技术领域,改善了现有一些燃烧器在使用过程中,散热性较差,长期使用时,会存在一定的安全隐患的问题,包括保护壳和设置在保护壳内部的本体,保护壳的内部固定安装有电机,电机的输出端安装有转盘,转盘的外表面转动连接有拉杆,保护壳的内部安装有固定块,固定块的外表面与保护壳连接,固定块的内部滑动连接有活动杆,活动杆的一端与拉杆铰接,活动杆远离拉杆的一端插入至保护壳的内部。该燃烧器在使用时,可启动电机和散热扇,电机可控制连接块移动,连接块可带动散热扇移动,对保护壳内部的本体进行散热。
The research topic of this paper is the ultra-low nitrogen split burner,which involves the technical fi eld of burner.It can improve the poor heat dissipation of some existing burners in the process of use,and there will be some potential safety problems when they are used for a long time,including the protective shell and the body set inside the protective shell.The inner part of the protective shell is fi xedly installed with a motor,the output end of the motor is fi xedly installed with a rotary table,and the outer surface of the rotary table is rotationally connected with a pull rod,The inner part of the protective shell is fi xedly installed with a fi xed block.The outer surface of the fi xed block is fi xedly connected with the protective shell.The internal sliding connection of the fi xed block is provided with a movable rod.One end of the movable rod is hinged with the pull rod.The end of the movable rod far away from the pull rod is inserted into the inner part of the protective shell.When the burner is in use,the staff can start the motor and the cooling fan,the motor can control the movement of the connecting block,and the connecting block can drive the cooling fan to move,and heat the body inside the protective shell.
