Research on Safety and Environmental Protection Management of Chemical Enterprises Under the Background of Modernization

在现代化背景下,社会各界对于化工生产安全及环保工作的重视程度越来越高,为了有效迎合化工行业发展趋势、经济社会建设形势,化工企业需要进一步强化安全环保管理,从而实现稳定、长期、创新发展。为此,首先阐述了化工企业安全环保管理价值意义及基本原则,其次从合理风险EHS管理模式、安全环保管理信息系统、安全环保管理考核、安全环保管理培训、“三废”治理工艺体系方面总结了现代化背景下化工企业安全环保管理策略。

In the context of modernization,all sectors of society pay more and more attention to the safety and environmental protection of chemical production.In order to eff ectively meet the development trend of the chemical industry and the situation of economic and social construction,chemical enterprises need to further strengthen the safety and environmental protection management,so as to achieve stable,long-term and innovative development.To this end,the significance and basic principles of safety and environmental protection management in chemical enterprises are fi rst described,and then the safety and environmental protection management strategies in chemical enterprises under the modern background are summarized from the aspects of reasonable risk EHS management mode,safety and environmental protection management information system,safety and environmental protection management assessment,safety and environmental protection management training,and"three wastes"treatment process system.
